Adoption Application for Dogs.

Please access the above link to complete the adoption application. You may also email, text, or call directly with any questions.

Ultimately, all our dog adopters will sign & agree to the below:

• If for any reason I am unable to keep the dog or provide for its welfare, I agree to contact Until Home/Bernadine Tsung-Megason in order to discuss the matter, and where necessary, to make arrangements to return the dog to Bernadine. If the dog is returned within 2 weeks, the adoption fee will be refunded.

• I am adopting the new dog to live with me as a family pet. I will not give (as a gift or otherwise) or sell the dog to any other person. Under no circumstances will I ever turn over or sell the dog to any medical research facility, pound, or animal shelter.

• I will provide proper food, water, shelter, exercise, and attention to my dog. I understand that I am making a commitment to care for my dog for their entire life, which may be 15 years or longer.

• I will arrange for proper veterinary care for my dog. I will take them to the vet for regular examinations and immunizations, and if the dog becomes ill or injured, I will be solely responsible for all bills and related expenses.

• Under no circumstances will I have the dog euthanized unless it is afflicted with a terminal illness, or other serious, non-treatable condition, as determined by a veterinarian, and is suffering.

• I agree to walk the dog on-lease at all times. They will never be “off-leash” unless in a designated and securely confined “off-lease” area.

• I will not crop my dog’s ears or tail, and will not de-bark or file the dog’s teeth.

• I have my landlord, HOA, or condominium association’s permission to keep this dog, if applicable.

• I understand that Until Home/Bernadine Tsung-Megason cannot and does not guarantee or warrant the health or future behavior of my new dog. Accordingly, all previous owners, fosters, or care providers (including, without limitation, any vets), will not be responsible for pre-existing or future illnesses or medical conditions, or any damage, loss, or injury, that the dog may cause, and I release all such parties of the same.

• I agree to promptly notify Until Home/Bernadine Tsung-Megason of any changes to my address or contact information.

• Until Home/Bernadine Tsung-Megason may contact me and make follow-up visits to ensure the well-being of my dog, and if I violate the terms of this agreement, may take back the dog.
